Meet Evie

G’day, I’m Evie. I’m a yoga teacher living and teaching on beautiful Wadawurrung Country. My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional practice.

For many years, I worked behind the scenes supporting businesses in the wellbeing, change, and leadership space.

More recently, I’ve deepened my learning into through research into self-compassion, secure attachment, and self-leadership, contributing to the creation of practical, body-based somatic tools that support nervous system regulation in everyday life, and co-authoring the Perfectly Imperfect Women’s Journal.

Before this work, I trained and worked as a paramedic. Experiencing burnout firsthand reshaped how I understand stress, resilience, and recovery and ultimately led me back to the body as a place of wisdom.

Today, my work is about tending to that inner garden - creating spaces where people can slow down, listen to their inner rhythms, and gently restore what’s been depleted. Through yoga, meditation, and nervous system-informed practices, I support individuals and groups to cultivate steadiness, trust, and a deeper sense of self over time.
